Anna Groff

Contest Director

Anna Groff, an associate professor of communication at Goshen College, is the executive producer of Peace Talks. For nearly a decade, she served as editor of a forerunner to the denominational publication Anabaptist World. She directs Goshen College’s peace oratorical contest and advises The Record, the independent student newspaper. Anna holds a master’s degree in public administration from Arizona State University and is pursuing a doctorate in higher education leadership at the University of Southern Indiana.

Courtney Dobrzykowski

Events Manager

Courtney Dobrzykowski is a storyteller whose career has spanned many fields. She was the founding editor of Heartland News, a weekly publication serving Marshall County, Nappanee, and Wakarusa, before transitioning into roles with local nonprofits, community organizations, and secondary education.

Melissa Troyer

Marketing Manager

Melissa Troyer, the marketing manager for More Than Just Stories, served for a decade as director of marketing and communications for Anabaptist Mennonite Biblical Seminary in Elkhart. Prior to that, she was the founder, president and editor-in-chief of inMiddlebury magazine and the founder and president of Harmony Marketing in Middlebury.

Mackenzie Miller

Student Assistant

Mackenzie Miller, a senior at Goshen College, is the student assistant for Peace Talks. She is studying communication, with minors in journalism and music. She serves as executive editor of The Record, a weekly newspaper at Goshen College, managing a staff of 13 students. She also contributes to 91.1 The Globe and Peace and Justice Collective, a student organization.
